Like many, I decided to start the new year with a bang. No more fast food, candy, french fries or ice cream for me! Instead I opted for fruits, salads and other greens.

It’s been six weeks since I started to exercise again. Not gonna lie, it was painful! It hurt so much I could barely sit down or stand up. But today I realized it didn’t hurt as much anymore. Don’t get me wrong, it still hurts. But not nearly as much as before. So I take that as a win 😘
